Jefferson C. Saunders LMP, a licensed massage practitioner since 1980, utilizes a wide variety of massage styles, skills and techniques to serve the needs of his patients and clients.
Jefferson has worked with the homeless to the internationally famous and treats everyone with the same respect. He is an active partner in designing simple and practical self-care programs for those who want to continue improving.
Jefferson provides massage services in four locations in Seattle and on the Eastside.
The main location is at 11520 NE 20th in Bellevue.
A second Eastside location is at Acupuncture East 16761 NE 79th in Redmond.
A third location in Seattle is on the East side of Lake Union
Jefferson provides ongoing services for the Fairmont-Olympic Hotel in Downtown Seattle.
The administrative offices for all four locations is in a quiet North Redmond neighborhood.
He specializes in treating acute and chronic neck, back and lumbar pain as well as headaches and general stress. He works with motor vehicle and work related injuries, sciatic pain, as well as fibro- and polymyalgia. His massages go from Medical or Spiritually therapeutic to simple relaxing mini-vacations and tension releasing time-outs. A great way to effect chronic pain or relieve anxiety while promoting a general sense of well-being.
Jefferson is pre-certified and a preferred provider Massage Therapist for most major medical insurance carriers, the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I), Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
Jefferson serves on a national panel for alternative healthcare providers. The panel governs Utilization, Management and Credentialing of alternative health providers.
He is well published and has authored several books on the business of massage. He leads continuing education classes for massage professionals and provides private basic massage instruction for individuals or couples.

One hour massage and infrared sauna
for relaxation, pain control or injury care.
Duo Massage Team: $140
One hour session with 4 hands.
Side-by-Side: $140
Two tables, two guests, two sets of hands.
Cupping and/or Gua Sha Treatments by request.
Private Instructions:
Enjoy learning basic massage skills.
